I hand these cards out in the morning and we talk about the behaviours that we are going to be spotting and the children keep the card on their desk throughout the day and when they spot another child displaying the behaviour then they write that child’s name on the card. At the end of the day we then share the cards and celebrate those children who have been spotted doing the right thing.
